Q: When will my order ship?
A: We offer same day shipping. We are open Monday - Friday 10am to 4 pm EST (excluding holidays). In stock items ordered before 3pm EST will ship on that day, in stock items ordered after 3pm EST will ship the following business day.

Q: I need technical help, who can I contact?
Contact us! Please fill out the form on our contact us page page and one of our technical experts will get back to you within 1 business day.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Sure you can! We think it's easier to place the order online but if you'd like some assistance just call us at 1-800-870-3201. We can help you place your order. If we are not open at that time, please leave us a message or contact us letting us know you would like to place an order and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: DrillsandCutters.com offers the following shipping options:
Orders less than $100:
Flat rate shipping and handling - $7.99
Two-Day Shipping (M-F) - $12.50
Next Day Air (M-F) - Determined by items and zip code. For Saturday delivery please contact us

Orders more than $100:

Q: Does DrillsandCutters.com offer free shipping?
A: Yes! DrillsandCutters offers free two-day shipping for orders over $100.

Q: I already have my own shipping account, can I just get my shipping charged there?
A: Absolutely. If you have a UPS or FedEx account, during checkout you can indicate that you would like to use your account for the shipping charges. Just make sure to tell us your account number and at what speed you want the order shipped where prompted.

Q: Does DrillsandCutters.com offer an expedited shipping option like Next Day Air?
A: Yes. We offer Next Day (M-F) shipping options. If you need your item next business day, please select that shipping option during the checkout process. For Saturday delivery please contact us.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: Yes we can. Please contact us if you want to place an order that ships outside the USA.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: DrillsandCutters.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Q: Does DrillsandCutters.com offer a discount for buying in bulk?
A: Yes we do. If you are a power user or you are a seller, please contact us. We will have someone get back to you with the best price we can offer.

Q: Where is our stuff made?
A: DrillsandCutters.com offers a number of different brands. Our most popular brands are Drill America and Qualtech products. Drill America products are mostly made in the USA but some plants have moved overseas and Qualtech products are imports.

Q: I need to make a return, what do I do?
A: Please contact us and let us know, make sure to include your order number. Then send the return items to:

Q: I want an open account, such as a NET30 or NET60 account. How do I do that?
A: Please contact us if you would like an open account and we will do our best to refer you to a company that sells similar products as us at a similar price. We cannot provide an open account but we can point you in the right direction.

Q: I am a tax exempt organization, how can I be tax exempt?
A: If you are being charged tax for your current order and your organization is tax exempt please email your tax exempt documentation before placing your order to team@drillsandcutters.com. Please indicate you want to be setup as a tax exempt customer and the reason for exemption (resale, government etc..). After receiving the documents we will adjust your account accordingly so you can place this order and any future orders as tax exempt.

Q: Is there a warranty?
A: We stand by the quality of our products. Our items do not have warranties but if the item breaks on first or second use and the item was used correctly for the correct purposes, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the problem either with a replacement or refund. ​ ​If you find the product is unsatisfactory before a reasonable amount of use, please contact us and we can do our best to alleviate the situation. We take these on a case-by-case basis.
