ER16 Collets

ER16 collets are versatile and precision-ground tool holders commonly used in milling, drilling, and CNC applications. Designed to DIN 6499 standards, they offer excellent concentricity and repeatability for high-accuracy work. Each collet features a collapse range of 0.5–1 mm (0.019 in.–0.039 in.), allowing secure clamping of slightly undersized tools. With a standard diameter of 17 mm (0.67 in.) and length of 27 mm (1.06 in.), ER16 collets are ideal for compact setups requiring reliable tool holding and consistent performance.
