Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy offers $7.99 ground shipping and $12.50 two-day shipping on orders up to $100.00 and FREE two-day shipping on orders over $100 anywhere in the United States!

$7.99 flat rate packages are shipped via USPS and may take up to 7 business days for delivery. Please note that USPS is experiencing significant delays, we recommend using Two Day or Next Day shipping via UPS for urgent needs.

Two-day shipping is shipped UPS and refers to two business days (M-F Excluding Holidays). If the order is placed M-F by 3pm EST and is in stock we ship it out the same day. You can see if an item is in stock on the product pages or in your shopping cart.

Packages are usually shipped from NY or FL depending on the location of the delivery and the current stock location. We try and get you your package as fast as possible even if it means shipping from multiple locations. Two-day shipping applies to in stock items only.

We also offer next day shipping via UPS. Next day shipping orders must be placed M-F before 3pm EST time. Next day orders refer to business days only. If you need Saturday delivery, please call or email us 1-800-870-3201. We also accept UPS and FedEx account numbers. 

If an item is not in stock, we will backorder the product. Backorders typically take one week to bring in, then we ship it out. Backorders may take longer or shorter depending on the item, please contact us if you require more information.

Packages are sent and delivered Monday thru Friday.  

For orders outside the U.S. shipping cost and delivery time will be dependant on the destination address and weight of the package. Shipments to Canada can be quoted and placed directly through the website. If you want to place an order and have it shipped outside of the U.S. and/or Canada please email the list of products, quantities and your shipping and billing addresses to us. We will then quote you on shipping and can process your order. 


Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned and a return or exchange may be necessary. If that is the case, we want to do our best to help make returns, exchanges and replacements as hassle free and as easy as possible. will accept your returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on your original form of payment. The return process is outlined below:

  • To initiate a return please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will then send you instructions on how to return the product including ship to address and return label if applicable. 
  • You will be refunded for the products you return on your original form of payment after the products are received.
  • You will not be required to fill out an RMA form but we do ask that you include a copy of your order number or e-mail receipt in the package.


If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Our items do not have warranties, but if the item was defective or breaks on first or second use and the item was used correctly for the intended purposes, please let us know and we will do our best to fix the problem either with a replacement or refund. We take these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help you out.

The shipping charge on returns that were not mistake will be required to be paid by the customer. If made an error or sent a defective product and that is the reason for return, we will send a pre-paid return label. There are no returns on custom made items.
